Health Assessment

A detailed medical review with blood testing and baseline measures to understand the factors influencing your weight and health to inform your plan.

Personalised Plan

Your tailored programme is built around your physiology and goals, including nutrition, movement, lifestyle and therapeutic.

Ongoing Support

Regular reviews help you stay accountable, make adjustments, and maintain results safely over time.

Our CQC regulated weight loss programme is designed to help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight by addressing the key factors that influence metabolism, behaviour, and wellbeing.

We focus on weight loss that treats the whole person and measurably cuts long-term risk that lasts.

Our programmes include:

  • Full health assessment (medical history, bloods/biochemistry, body composition, cardiovascular and metabolic risk, behavioural and sleep review)

  • 12-month programme with scheduled clinical reviews (weeks 4, 12, 24, 36 and 52)

  • Multidisciplinary support: clinical, nutrition, movement, therapeutic (sleep, anxiety, behaviour change)

  • Movement support including personal training sessions and a gym membership at our partner gyms

  • Medication pathway (optional) when clinically appropriate, or a fully non-pharmacological route

  • In-person appointments as default (virtual available)

  • Payment plans available
