Do I need a referral to use your services?
No. You can self-refer by contacting us directly.
Is this like seeing a private GP?
Yes and so much more. We offer you a multi disciplinary team both clinical and therapy.
Do you offer services online or in person?
Both. Our main clinic is in Cheltenham, and our secure digital platform allows us to support clients across the UK.
Can I just book a one-off appointment?
Yes, whether you need us for one hour or one year, we’re here for you.
What does a care plan cost?
Costs vary depending on the pathway and level of support needed. We offer transparent pricing, with no hidden fees or unexpected extras. All options are discussed before you commit.
What conditions do you treat?
A whole range of both clinical and therapeutic conditions. Just contact us with your concerns and we will tell you if we can help.
Can I still use the NHS alongside GHS Clinics?
Absolutely. We are designed to complement NHS services, not replace them. Many clients continue with their GP while working with us on a specific issue or long-term goal.

Can we refer to individuals discreetly?

For GPs & Clinical Referrers
Will I still be the lead clinician for my patient?
Yes. We do not operate a private GP service and do not assume full care responsibility. We inform, support and complement your clinical management.
How do I refer a patient?
Via email to refer@ghs.health or by phone. A secure referral form and portal are also available on request.
Do you offer shared-care protocols?
Where appropriate, yes — especially for GLP-1 prescribing and ADHD medication management. We only propose shared-care when it is clinically justified and jointly agreed.
Is there a referral fee or incentive?
No. We do not offer financial incentives for referrals. We are committed to clinical independence and transparency.
