Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be used for the package stated on the voucher.
GHS Clinics Gift Voucher - Terms & Conditions
The purchase or use of a GHS Clinics Gift Voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Gift Vouchers are issued by GHS Clinics, located at 802 Eagle Tower, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, England, GL50 1TA. Vouchers should be treated as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law), and are intended solely for the personal use of the recipient. They may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for alternative vouchers.
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for services at GHS Clinics. Monetary value vouchers can be used towards any service offered, while treatment-specific or package vouchers may only be redeemed for the stated service. The original voucher, including its unique code, must be presented at the time of booking or appointment. Where the cost of treatment exceeds the voucher’s value, the balance must be paid in full by another accepted payment method. Vouchers may be used across multiple transactions until their balance is depleted, but no change or credit will be given for unused amounts. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Vouchers or, in most cases, to pay for gratuities. Unless specifically stated otherwise, vouchers may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
Each voucher is valid for a period of twelve months from the date of issue. The expiry date is confirmed at the time of purchase, and vouchers presented after this date will be void and cannot be redeemed or reissued. All appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance, particularly for popular treatments.
For certain treatments, voucher recipients may be required to undergo a consultation to confirm suitability. If a recipient is deemed unsuitable, the monetary value of the voucher may, subject to clinic approval, be applied towards an alternative service or product. All bookings made with a Gift Voucher are subject to GHS Clinics’ standard cancellation policy. Failure to attend or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the voucher being fully or partially redeemed at the clinic’s discretion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Where a voucher is purchased by telephone, the purchaser may be entitled to a fourteen-day cooling-off period in which to cancel the purchase and receive a refund, provided the voucher has not been used. This right is subject to consumer law requirements.
GHS Clinics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on request.
